Kidlutions is now offering personal and confidential consultation for the various problems that kids have. We work with the parent or caregiver over the phone or via email, and provide guidance, feedback and tools that assist parents in dealing with the behavioral and emotional issues of childhood.
Intense Children

Anxiety
Life for the anxious child can be upsetting and difficult. Did you know that there are things that parents and caregivers can unwittingly do that may intensify, exacerbate and feed the anxiety? There are things you can do to help turn it around. We give you all of the tools you need to help your child "be the boss" of his or her anxiety, so that the anxiety no longer controls his/her life. We give you proven, creative, and fun ways to help "shrink down" your child's anxiety.
Anger
We will teach you why anger is not the enemy and how you can help your child learn to manage her intense feelings. When your child learns how to manage her intense feelings, she has a much better chance of being successful in life. With creative techniques that we teach you to use at home, your child will begin to believe in her own abilities to handle her feelings, big and small. We'll also help you handle your own response to your child's anger outbursts, so that you can minimize the impact they have on you.
Grief & Loss
Our grief approach for children is so compelling, it is featured in "Chicken Soup for the Soul". After being the social work supervisor for several hospice programs and working with hundreds of grieving children, we can assist you with all of your concerns when it comes to bereaved children.

How Does Consulation Work?
After we receive payment, we will email you with possible dates and times of availability, along with the phone number and/or email address to contact us for consultation. We will work closely with you to assure the time is convenient for you. If you have purchased a consultation package, we will decide upon your subsequent consultation dates at the close of our first call.
When you purchase a consultation,
you are agreeing to the following terms:
1. I understand that a consultation does not take the place of therapy, but rather, is intended to assist me with parenting and caregiving with research based ways of responding to my child's behavior.
2. I understand that all of my information will be kept confidential, save for legal provisions that mandate that therapists report suspected or actual child abuse, suicidal or homicidal ideation, plan, intent, or other concerns regarding the safety of children
